The Pro-Arte XCH-3B basses are constructed using silverplated copper wire with an ultra-fine layer of EXP coating applied to it before it’s wound on an advanced composite core. This ensures the XCH-3B EXP basses have a powerful, long-lasting tone while remaining corrosion free. The XCH-3B basses offer a natural round wound feel and a fresh, bright sound that lasts 3 to 4 times longer than traditional strings.
