The D’Addario Humidipak Maintain Humidity Control Packs provide a simple, maintenance-free solution for protecting your guitar from the damaging effects of humidity fluctuations. Designed with advanced two-way humidity control technology, these packs automatically maintain a stable 45–50% relative humidity range inside your instrument case—the ideal environment for preserving tonewoods, structural integrity, and consistent playability.
Unlike traditional refillable humidifiers that only add moisture, Humidipak packs both release and absorb humidity as needed. There’s no monitoring, refilling, or seasonal adjustment required. Whether you’re dealing with dry winter air or excessive summer humidity, the system continuously balances conditions inside your closed case.
Each kit includes three Humidipak packs and a protective soft mesh pouch that safely suspends the packs without contacting your instrument’s finish. For best results, always use Humidipaks inside a sealed hard-shell case. Packs typically last 2–6 months, depending on your environment, and should be replaced once they become firm. Replacement refills are available separately (PW-HPRP-03).
