HOW TIME FLIES. It’s been almost twelve years since Marfione Guitars opened its doors and twenty since I constructed my first instrument. A lot has happened since then.

Early on, seeing the need for a place devoted to the nylon string guitar, I launched AllStringsNylon.com—an online store dedicated to players like me who love the sound and feel of the classical guitar. Over time, that project grew into something far bigger than I imagined. But as the online business expanded, I found myself spending less time at the bench building classical and Romantic guitars, where my true passion lies.

With this new Marfione Guitars website, I’m returning to my roots—building, restoring, and curating instruments with the same care that started it all. My focus moving forward will be on my own custom guitar building and on a select group of guitars built exclusively for me by Kremona Guitars, crafted to my personal design specifications. These private-label Marfione guitars bring together the precision and tradition of Kremona’s century-old Bulgarian workshop with my own construction philosophy, developed through years of study and experimentation.

That said, I’ll continue to offer carefully chosen classical guitars for sale—hand-selected Kremona Luthier models, special consignment guitars, and a few standout instruments from other respected makers. Whether you’re a beginner exploring the nylon string world or a seasoned player searching for that elusive “forever” guitar, my goal is to help you find the instrument that fits your hands, your style, and your music.

Of course, my work doesn’t end with sales. I continue to provide professional guitar repair and guitar restoration services—everything from setup work to crack repair, finish touch-ups, and pickup installations. I’m an authorized service provider for Cordoba and Guild and a dealer/installer for Fishman, L.R. Baggs, and Barbera transducers.

Finally, a word about AllStringsNylon.com—after many good years, it’s time to retire the name. Its catalog and spirit will live on here at MarfioneGuitars.com, where the focus will remain on quality instruments, personalized service, and the ongoing exploration of what makes a great guitar truly sing.
